Can I get Into The Engineering Program at Any of These Schools??

<p>I would like to attend:
1)University of Illinois Urbana Champaign (This is my #1 Choice. I am dying to go here)
2) University of Michigan
3) Purdue</p>

<p>Can i get into the electrical engineering program for any of these colleges.
-GPA: 4.375 (weighted)
-ACT: 27 (going to retake)
-top 15% of class (but my school is very competetive, its #342 in the nation)
-national honors society
-I played football for all four years (but not good enough to play college ball)
-I am a student trainee at Caterpillar in the engineering program (basically an internship)
-I have taken all honors math courses including AP calc and also 2 engineering courses that CAT offers through my school ( PLTW- Intro to Engineering & PLTW- Civil Engineering and Architecture)

  • I live in Illinois
    -My colleges essays were good but not amazing
    -I have an ok amount of community service… nothin’ special</p>
