So, I’m taking a college-level computer class this year, my senior year, and I’m failing it. School is almost over and I’m probably not going to be able to bring it up. I got lazy and didn’t do the work because we never learned anything. Everything my teacher gave us just seemed like busy work. I took a high school-level computer class my sophomore year and passed with straight A’s. I want to get into a Computer Information Technology program at my local community college and get an AAS. Most of my other high school grades were A’s and B’s. Is it likely that I’ll still be able to get into this program despite having failed a class so important to my intended major in high school?
