I want to major in business-accounting. I want to know if i have a chance to get into UCSB with 3.9, 2050 SAT, about 500 hours of community service? But i came to CA when i was in 5th grade. I’m not a U.S citizen.

You stand a good chance for UCSB. You should apply to some other UC’s too. You may be eligible for in-state tuition and certain financial aid. Go to the MALDEF web site: MALDEF.org. It is not clear to me if you are “undocumented” - that is, if you were brought to the US without papers. The Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund is the best resource for finding out about your options if you are undocumeted - you don’t have to be Mexican to benefit from their services. Hope this helps!
