Can I get into UCSD out-of-state?

Hi. I guess I’ll start with posting my transcript.
My first 2 years of HS I went to a public school in CT, then moved to Florida and transferred to a private school during my Junior Year. The reason my grades were so much better after I moved is because I was challenged more by my new school.

Freshman Year
UW GPA 3.59

Sophomore Year
UW GPA 3.65

Junior Year
UW GPA 3.98 (W 4.5)
AP Physics B (4 on exam)
AP European History (5 on exam)

Senior Year
UW GPA so far ~3.7 (W 4.7)
AP Calculus AB
AP Statistics
AP Biology
AP English Lang
AP GovPol
AP Computer Science A

SAT 2210
Math II 740
Physics 740

I was Republican WHIP of the Student Congress during my Freshman and Sophomore year
I am a Coxswain (started Freshman year; took a break during Fall of my Junior year). UCSD has a crew team so hoping to continue that.
Hoping to do either US Junior National Team Dev Camp or Penn AC this summer (prestigious rowing programs)
Volunteered in Costa Rica for 4 weeks last summer
Became involved in Habitat for Humanity and Key Club during my Junior year

Yep… that’s about it. So do you think I can get in out of state? I want to pursue a double major in Computer Engineering and something in the Biological sciences…

your sophomore GPA isn’t “average” but you seem to make up for it in junior year.
Other than that, i think you have a pretty good shot.

good luck!
if you ever need help, you know where to find me :)
