Can I get Rescinded for a Transcript Mistake?

I got into Cal and committed! I’m super grateful and super excited. I just found out that I didn’t report a W on my transcript. It’s from dual enrollment at community college from freshman year. I got a W due to family reasons in Calc 1. I took it again and got an A, and I’m not taking Differential Equations. I’ve had all As. I failed to report it (simple mistake…but I’m so scared), but my school also failed to report it. Basically my excuse is that my high school didn’t add it to my official transcript and that is what I followed. Now, I will make sure it’s added.

Will I be rescinded? What should I do?

I’m terrified…this is my dream…please help!

A W for a DE course should not be an issue, but definitely notify admissions now before you submit and they review your final transcripts.
