hey guys

i just wana know whats the admission procedure and minimum gpa required to get admission there

thanks in advance

not if you don’t know how to get on stanford’s web page for the basic information you need

alright i’ll get the admission procedure just tell me minimum gpa required

Stanford is one of the hardest schools to get admitted to. They reject most of their applicants…even those with really high stats. We can’t tell you the minimum GPA needed.

Are you asking about grad school?

What is your GPA and GRE?

Are you an int’l?

A school like Stanford expects from its graduate students the highest possible GPA, outstanding letters of recommendation, awards and often publications. There is no such thing as ‘minimum.’ You have to be pretty exceptional.

This is a guide on how to get into Stanford’s MS in CS program, from someone who was admitted and served on the admissions committee for the program. I believe he’s also an international student.

http://nlp.stanford.edu/~rkarthik/DAGAP.pdf

There’s a large part on GPA, since it isn’t a cut-and-dry issue. There is no minimum GPA as far as I know.

^^ very interesting reading, phanta. thanks for posting it.

It gets very annoying reading requests for information that the poster can easily look up themselves…why ask others to take the time to do what you could do on your own?
