Can I just read two books for AP English Lit exam?

Maybe I can just read Wuthering Heights and another book (that comes out most often) and hope that those are options for the AP English Literature exam? (I’m a slow reader).

I usually recommend that students know 4-6 books very well to make sure you can answer any prompt they throw at you. For example, there was a prompt about motherhood once, and many books don’t involve important maternal figures–if you hadn’t read a book with a mother in a major role, you’d be screwed on that exam.
