Can I list my scores on Common App without sending official scores?

For TOEFL score? Can I only list it without sending it officially?

It’s such a monopolistic business. The registration fee for TOEFL is already expensive (almost $200) and each score send costs $20. If I already listed the scores on common app, and I lived in US for half a decade already, and my SAT reading score is decent enough (trust me, I checked. Some schools waive TOEFL if reading score is above a certain number), is listing the score on common app enough? My first language is not English though. My TOEFL is kind of high so I want colleges to see it–without spending all that much money.

I am just a student… Why is everything toefl-related so expensive?

You have to send it officially, and you should send it fast, Jan first is almost done

Yes, you do have to send it officially. Don’t fret too much about the lateness (assuming you submit today) because most colleges are fine with those materials coming in a bit after the deadline.
