Can I possibly get into Cornell?

Have a son at Cornell. He has a friend in engineering who transferred from a community college, so it is possible. Probable is never true for anyone, Cornell is very competitive to get in but you do have a chance.

That said, COE as they call it, is very picky about transfer credits. Their courses in engineering are generally more difficult than most colleges, and often cover a longer syllabus per course. They may give you credit for transfer, but not for the right required classes, meaning you can have lots of credits without advancing towards graduation, if they are credit for general electives and not for the required courses. You can only hope to have that problem if you get in, though it may influence your admissions decision if they think few classes are comparable and that it would take you too long to graduate. Just a guess, I cant tell enough details about your classes from the title, but I know kids who had to take very similar classes over again because maybe 20% of the material was different.
