Can I qualify for in-state?

<p>While I live in Texas, i was born in Massachusetts, although that’s hardly a determinant factor: my Father is a citizen of the commonwealth, and has been for about 20 years. Even if I don’t live with him, can I still qualify as in-state? It’s not a deciding factoring in whether or not I apply, but having to pay less in a family of 6 would be helpful. If you know anything about the prerequisites for qualifying for in-state tuition, I’d appreciate you telling me. Thanks!</p>
