Can I say that I am First Gen?

<p>My father completed his undergraduate in Richmond College in the United Kingdom, which is a sister school or branch of Boston University in the United States.</p>

<p>He completed his graduate and doctorate at The George Washington University in the United States of America, however he was under full Turkish ammunity (Passport, residence, citizenship, & tuition).</p>

<p>He completed both programs to benefit his diplomatic status within the internal government.</p>

<p>Since my father did not technically complete his undergrad in the US, am I allowed to declare First Generation?</p>

<p>My mother got her master’s in Physics from a Tel Aviv University.</p>
