Can I Send Different Applications To Each College?

<p>Since I’m a homeschooled student, I contacted the colleges I’m applying to, and Caltech said that the Homeschool Supplement superseded the Secondary School Report. So I should send just the Homeschool Supplement to Caltech, not the Secondary School Report. However, some of the other colleges required the Secondary School Report. </p>

<p>My question is: if I apply online, is it possible to only send the Secondary School Report to those schools that specifically require it? To change the application for each college?</p>

<p>You have to ask each school what they want, and send it. In other words, yes, you may indeed have to send a different application to every school. Back before the common application people used to have to hand write (or type) every single one separately. For those schools that use the common application, you can set up, and send each application separately if you need to. Read the instructions carefully so that you don’t have to re-enter information unless it is absolutely necessary.</p>
