Can I send scores to colleges if I don't purchase the QAS/SAS report?

I’m registering for the Oct SAT, which is after the regular deadline, so I will be paying a late fee. My parents do not think the QAS/SAS will be necessary for my last SAT. So can I send scores to colleges if I don’t purchase the QAS/SAS?

Yes, of course, @Aneem00 . QAS/SAS has nothing to do with sending scores.
