<p>Hi. I have very similar question. Can I submit my application even though my teacher hasn’t upload his recommendation letter? Of course I assigned him before, but unfortunately he is not able to upload that today. (And the deadline for one school is today). Will that school get that letter even if uploaded after the deadline?</p>
