I am a korean senior, and I just wanted to know that if i went to a Korean medical school (Korea has medical studies as a major for undergraduates) and transferred after my freshman year, what happens to my major? Can I switch my major to something irrelevant, like literature or should it be biology or something related to medicine?
You can switch majors. Colleges don’t really expect you know your major 100% in freshman year, and are aware that students flip-flop all the time. If you transfer, just apply under the major you want.

You can change major up until the end of your sophomore year, but most schools make you declare your major by then.
