can I take the (GAT) instead of the (SAT) or the (ACT ???

Hi, I’m an international student, and we don’t have any SAT or ACT tests. but we have something called GAT : general aptitude test. and as far as I know it’s really similar to the SAT. so would it be enough if I apply using it instead of the SAT ??

With 99% certainty, the answer is a definite no. This is because the universities you apply to may not fully understand what the GAT measures or how it measures what. You’ll still definitely need to take the SAT/ACT. That may involve traveling to another country that does offer it, just to take it.
