Hello!
I am an international student at Cal State Northridge. I want to transfer to ASU for this fall. I am already accepted to the Poly campus. I want the main camous. They told me that I need higher score in IELTS. The good news is I got the required IELTS score and I though I will be good to go.
Yesterday they told me I also need a GPA 3.00 at least. Mine is 2.78 
I am just 0.22 points away.
Is there any chance that they transfer me? I tried to contact the admissions 3 times and they refuse because they say that the Mechanical Engineering department requires 3.00. I need to contact the department.
I already sent a 1.5 pages long email to the Mechanical Engineering department lol.
Do you think I have any chance to get it?
Will recommendation letters help?
What can help me to transfer no later than Fall 2015?
