Can I transfer to USC from a ccc?

I am currently graduating with 3 AP courses and one college course at a cc. If I take another college course the summer that i graduate, could I transfer to USC by my sophomore year?
Each of my college courses are worth 8 college credits and Idk about transfer units.

I don’t know the exact numbers, but it is much harder to transfer to USC than it is to get in as a freshman. Most people from CCs transfer to CSUs or UCs. I don’t know anyone who’s gotten into USC from a community college.

College board says the transfer acceptance rate is higher than incoming freshman by 2%

I think its easier to transfer than going to a UC from a ccc.If you have a certain gpa of course.

Sent from my SPH-M910 using CC

I don’t know the rules for transferring from a CC to USC, but if they are anything like the UCs, it is virtually impossible to transfer in as a sophomore, even if you have a 4.0. You may want to stay at your CC and complete your sophomore coursework, then transfer as a junior. If you go this route, apply to UCLA as well.

USC actually does have articulation agreements with some community colleges:
Error;

It also has historical articulation with some other schools:
[USC ARR : Articulation : Articulation Histories](http://www.usc.edu/dept/ARR/articulation/arthis.html)

One thing you have to remember is that the UCs and CSUs are required to maintain a 60/40 upper division students to lower division students in order to provide a large number of openings for junior year transfers. They also have to give CCC transfers strong admission priority for those openings. As a private university USC is not required to reserve a large number of openings for junior year transfers and is not required to give preference to CCC students. Therefore, transferring to a selective private university like USC is not going to be nearly as easy as being admitted to a UC as a transfer for CCC students.

59% of USC 2010 transfers came from community colleges. It says so on their pie chart
