Can I transfer two years after getting a degree?

<p>Can I apply as a transfer student two years after I complete my Associate Degree at a community college? Does Berkeley require CC students to apply soon after they complete their transfer requirements?</p>

<p>I know a ton of CC transfer students, who spent 2 years there completing the transfer requirements and came to Berkeley as juniors, with 2years to go before graduation.</p>

<p>I think you apply fall of your soph year, so you get accepted at the end of soph year and can attend Cal as a junior.</p>

I meant to ask: Can I take a long (2-year) gap after attending community college, and then apply as a transfer student? There is no rule against this, is there?</p>
