<p>YES. I took the BC (reqs for calculators obviously the same) with both. The 89 is the most powerful calculator allowed on most exams.</p>

But it’s not allowed on the ACT.</p>
<p>I used a 89T for AP Calc BC. However, it’s only useful if you know how to use it.</p>
