It ONLY beeps when I press the reset button and the start/stop button, and as I’m using the count up function alone, it doesn’t beep once it hits zero. Can I use this during testing or does the timer qualify as a noise-making timer?
What part of “noise-making” is unclear?
@GMTplus7 The part where a lot of other test-takers have brought beeping timers to their tests and haven’t had problems. I was wondering whether bringing a timer like this would be a big deal.
If it doesn’t make sound, they won’t know the difference. I would avoid it on the premise of it being able to make any sound alone, just because I don’t want to get in trouble over a mistake.
What’s so hard about looking at a clock?
Be considerate to your fellow test takers and leave it at home.
@Ghentsphenze There might not be a clock in the classroom, so I want to be prepared.
@kalefornia Just use a silent watch then, and make a mental note of the ending time.
