<p>I took the Feb ACT and scored a 28. That was with no studying to get a feel for the test. Next, I took the test in June - studying pretty well for 2 weeks in advance. Again, I scored a 28. Are taking classes, or being tutored worth it? Or does the test have the best of me…I would like to go to Rice University and everything but this test seems to be ahead of the game. Advice?</p>
