I moved and switched schools after sophomore year. I chose my 10th grade English honors teacher to write my recommendation letter b/c I feel like she knows me better than any of the teachers at my current school. Will this be allowed? Loyola Marymount said that the counselor/teacher rec has to come from “an official at the last school you attended,” but do other schools have this rule? Or do they not care which school your teacher recommendation comes from?
it should be allowed but i’d recommend getting recs from 11th/12th grade teachers
