Can people from CC tansfer to University like Stanford or Berkeley?

message is the same as the title.

Yes. Berkeley accepts many community college transfers. Stanford occasionally accepts a community college transfer.

Do they require very high SAT score? or any other conditions?

Berkeley does not require submission of SAT scores. Stanford does though, and I would imagine that they must be high.

I would imagine that you have to do a lot outside of schools to demonstrate your ability–> awesome internships/jobs or other things that demonstrates that you just showed up late to the game and are actually a mind on par with anyone else at their schools.

If your CC is in California you have a 26% acceptance rate at Berkeley. Stanford is something like 2% for all transfers.

I went to a California CC and am now transferring to Georgetown. I didn’t have any amazing internships (I worked in an office for 2 years while I attended school) but they consider a lot of other aspects of your application besides just work experience. I was also accepted to UCLA (didn’t apply to Berkeley, but several students from my CC were accepted there). Good luck!
