Can practice ACT scores be submitted?

I took two practice ACT tests and took the real test once. My composite score on the official test was a 29, but on a practice test that I took in a neighboring high school gym, I got a 30. This practice test was both timed and administered according to ACT standards; we even had to break the seals on our books at the specific times, etc. This practice also included the writing portion. A friend of my father’s told me that since this test was administered just as the official one was, and since it was sent somewhere to be scored, I am able to send the score of 30 from the practice test in to the colleges instead of my 29. Does anybody know if this is true regarding this type of practice test?

no. if ACT did not administer it, it is not valid.

that’s why they call them “practises”

Was it administered on an official ACT test day? Such as the past one, April 4? Or was it part of state-wide testing for public schools?

If not, then you can absolutely not send scores from a practice test.

This has to be a joke.

Nobody who got a 29 on the ACT can be this dumb.

You definitely can not send in practice tests.

Ha ha yeah right

Wow

10char

unfortunatly your chaces are slim to none. if it wasnt an official act test( like kaplan made or something) then there is no chance at all. good luck ;/

Thanks to all who answered my question.
