<p>no,unless your acceptance package said it is conditional upon receving ____ GPA spring semester, and that one grade brought it below that. but a B is nothing to worry about</p>

<p>Another question…I think I have rougly 50-ish units with 3.88 GPA. I took six classes this semester, 3 units each. If get As in everything except ONE class, would it bring my GPA up or down? (if it goes down I can’t get my scholarship…ugh)</p>
<p>well assuming that the one class is a solid B, and its a traditional grade point system, that would be 5(4)+1(3)=23 points out of 24 possible. 23/6=3.83 gpa</p>

<p>do you not know how to calculate gpa? it doesnt matter how much units you have taken, it just matters if your semester’s gpa is lower and or higher than your cumulative. the number of units taken will just matter on how much the cumulative changes. so if you didnt get a 3.88 or higher this current semester, then your cumulative will be lower than 3.88…although i cant see a scholarschip that requires you to have higher than a 3.88</p>

194 + 60 (5 A’s) + 9 (1 B) = 263.
263/68 = 3.867.</p>

<p>I just got my admissions packet from Duke. It does say I have to perform equivalent or better to what I had before.</p>
<p>Does anybody think Duke will decide to rescind for 0.01 drop in GPA? No, right?</p>
