Can someone explain how Alumni Football Season Tickets work?

I was wondering if somebody could explain to me how alumni football tickets work for Michigan. This is my current understanding, please let me know where I’m wrong:

I donate $100 and get 29 priority points for the UofM Priority Point Program. After this, I will be notified whether I qualified to purchase tickets. So at this point, I pay $100 merely to find out whether I donated enough money to qualify to purchase tickets. If the 29 points isn’t enough, I won’t be able to buy season tickets, and my $100 is down the drain.

So basically, I have to donate more than $100 simply to have the opportunity to pay $455 for season tickets. Is that correct? Or is the $100 donation enough to qualify to buy season tickets?

I’m sorry if this isn’t clear, I’m having a really difficult time understanding how this works. Thanks!
