I think you have a fair enough chance of getting into these schools. However, your ACT is comparitively low and is the low point of your otherwise good application.

Also, do you need financial aid? This is also an important factor for admission.

I have given the Dec ACT for improvement… Which are not available Yet
And can I send my scores after the deadline of 1st JAN ??
because the recent scores won’t be available till then

i contacted nyu today they told me that scores must be sent before deadline unfortunately .-.
