Can Someone Please Explain The Difference Between Bio E and M?

I really cannot decide if I should take Bio E or Bio M. Can someone please really explain the differences to me, I’ve looked at the college board website and spark notes and I can’t really tell the concrete difference. So if anyone has any advice that would be great!

Bio E emphasizes ecology: biological communitites, cycles, populations, energy flow (E stands for ecology), while Biology M concentrates on molecular biology: photosynthesis, structure of the cell, cell processes and genetics. I personally prefer ecology because it’s easier for me…

Thanks violina  500th post!
