Can someone tell me how my psat 10 and practice act scores compare?

I’m trying to decide whether to take the sat or act. Last year I scored 1250 on the psat 10. Today I took a practice act and scored 29 (I answered all the questions within the time limit btw). How do these scores compare? Did I do significantly better on one more than the other?
