It looks likely to be a business degree. What college do you go to?
University of Texas at arlington
Help us narrow this down… what major did you start off with? And how close to it are you?
What guided the choice of those particular courses?
This is impossible to answer without context.
BUt even without context, you have the beginnings of a couple different majors but your coursework as a whole doesn’t point towards any particular major. You’ve got a couple of history classes, a couple of political science classes, a couple of English classes, and a couple of marketing classes - but about equal numbers of each of them (2-3 each). You could go into any of those majors with some kind of “head start”. The English sequence might simply be the first year composition sequence so that’s less clear, but I bet the political science and history classes are usable towards the major.
What year are you in?
After looking at the University of Texas at Arlington website, I see that about half (12 of 25) of your courses are in fulfillment of “general core requirements.” Your courses beyond that constitute the beginning of a business degree program. Information Technology & Operations Management, Marketing, Management and Finance & Real Estate degrees will take the same amount of future work. It looks like Accounting and Economics degrees will require 3 units more than they do.
