Can Supplements be changed after being submitted?

So I submitted my application before November, and now I’m hitting myself for not putting down certain aspects on the supplements.

So my question is that, once the supp has been submitted, is there anyway to edit it?
If not, what about once I’ve been deferred, is it possible to make alterations for RD?

I don’t think you can do either. Just trust in the work you did on your supplement and application, and wait a month to see.

You may send in additional information in a letter. Once the supplement is done, it’s done. Usually a “supplemental” letter is only sent in if there is something outstanding that has been added to a student’s info that wasn’t there before, not for things you “forgot”. (Published in a journal, invited to be at an international award (I knew a student who was selected to be at the Nobel awards) or set a new athletic record.) Those sorts of things. Something you forgot to add is not likely to be of that significance to make it worth sending in later. (and might be seen as a negative that you were doing that.)
If you are concerned about it, the interview, if you have not had it, might be a time to bring it up, and the interviewer might help you decide, and might include the info in their report.
