Can they ask this?

I was reading my friends ap euro review book before, and first of all i thought the questions seemed to be not like ive seen in any other reviews. but they there was one question that seemed like something waaay too objective to be able to ask. it was somethign like… Which of the following enlightened monarchs was the most influential in the 18th century? A. Catherine the Great B. Joseph II C. Frederick the Great and so on.

they wouldnt ask that on an ap test would they? what if who i considered to be influential isnt the same as who they think? its not like were comparing Hitler to Franco, these were all around the same level.

In my AP euro class we definately considered Joseph II to be the “most enlightened” monarch of the 18th century…is this not correct?

Yes, it is definitely Joseph II, and I think you meant subjective, not objective. There are some crazy questions, but that isn’t one of them.

ok, good…I saw my 5 go down the drain when I read that post!..haha
