Can this be done?

Ok I am really nervous. Really really nervous.

This is my scenario.

Due to unfortunate family problems, I was not able to complete my HS diploma. I am now a GED holder.

I also just enrolled at my local C.C. in their Biological Sciences program.

I am fully aware that medical schools do not accept C.C. credits (which is completely understandable).

My question is this:

Provided that I have an amazing GPA & great SAT scores, is there any way possible that I could get into a good pre-med program, WITHOUT transferring my C.C. credits? (I do NOT want any med schools that I apply to in the future, to know of my C.C. past) However, I do want to be honest if I do need to provide transcripts.

This way, my 2 years at C.C. will just be a prep for a good 4-year. I am willing to do another four years for a BS degree. (I’ll take all the sciences/math twice. I dont care. I love it. lol)

Sure, I could’ve gotten into the University Of Maine’s pre-med program with my GED scores w/h out going to C.C., or I could transfer my C.C. credits to Uni. of Maine. in two years.

But I want to get into a great pre-med school.

And do any of you have have some suggestions for good pre-med programs, where they might consider me with a C.C. background?

I have the drive, motivation, guts, whatever you name it. My father had me playing with a chemisty set at the age of 4. (Heavily supervised of course lol)

I know that my goal is not impossible.

But how possible is it, and am I taking the right steps?
