Can this be true?!?!

My teachers elected to submit their recommendations on-line. I elected to submit the Common Application by mail. I received a notice today from my school stating that they never received my recommendations. I contacted the Common Application help line and they said that recommendations aren’t sent to a school if you send your application by mail.

Did any of you know about this?

Don’t you think this is something they should tell us?

I am so frustrated.

“For those who choose to complete the forms on paper, you should print the appropriate PDF forms, fill in the application information area, and provide them to your college official and instructor(s).”

From the Common App site . . .

Still, I wouldn’t be too worried. Just mail paper versions of the recommendations and everything will be fine.
