Can this small thing affect my chances?

On the cover sheets of my letters of recommendation, there is a small part that asks “What three words would you use to describe (the student)?” and one of my teachers filled it out but my other teacher didn’t fill it out (because her copy didn’t print with a line next to the question and I guess she didn’t see the question).

I don’t want to wait any longer to send my l.o.r’s (I should’ve sent them like a month ago), but if that blank space has enough meaning I am willing to wait until the end of vacation and ask my teacher to write it in.

Should I just send in my l.o.r.'s, or should I get those 3 words written?

just send it in. Then after vacation send in an updated form with a note explaining it.
