<p>Can someone explain if it’s possible for a list to not be ranked or if it’s just the politically expedient version of a parent saying " no kids, I love you all the same "?</p>
<p>I mean, if it wasn’t ranked then, every single time a spot opened up a wait list they would need to just thousands of students all over again, which is absurd.</p>
