<p>I’m in a ap class for comp science right now but we have been lagging behind lately. I barely know how to do arrays and classes properly. So you think I could self study and get at least a 4?</p>
<p>Well, obviously there is a problem if you are not covering the curriculum at a pace that will ensure you will be ready for the AP exam in May. If this is the norm at your school, then yes, I would go purchase a book to self study the material you haven’t covered (if you want to do well on the test). </p>
<p>The real question is… why is your class lagging behind?!</p>
<p>Yeah, you could probably cram it in under a week if you wanted to because it’s really not that hard, probably one of the easier APs.</p>
<p>I know what you guys mean but I have no programming experience. Writing a tic tac toe program seemed difficult >_>… I’ll give it a shot. Do you guys have any tips or websites that help?</p>
<p>Grab Barrons. I just started self studying it this week and it is great, but I have been programming since 6th grade, and that was in C.</p>
<p>That’s funny that you mention a Tic-Tac-Toe program.</p>
<p>I recently made most of a two player one and I thought it was quite easy and fun to make it. :P</p>
<p>Perhaps I should just take the AP Comp Sci test.</p>

<p>AP Computer Science seems to be the class where if you “get it” then it can be very easy. I would say it is possible, but it would take some work. I’m taking it online but complement it with the following:</p>
