Can you help with a transcript request?

Hi all, I have a weird favor I hope you can help me with. I’m in a spot of trouble and can give background info if needed, but the gist of it is that I would like to know what it says under your current passed hours for this ongoing semester.

On the transcript, there are sections for attempted/passed/earned hours. Like this dudes - http://www.slideshare.net/ZacharyBurrows/zachary-burrows-academic-transcript On page 2, it says he has attempted 15 credit hours and passed/earned 15 credit hours. I realize this is probably because he completed the semester and got all the credit hours. My question is, say the semester was ongoing/current, would it say 10 for example because he’s not finished? Like, say your taking an English course for 5 credit hours right now, if you were to look at passed/earned hours on your transcript right now, would it say you already completed all 5, or be like 3 or something?

Yes, I realize this is dumb and strange. If you could please take a quick look at your transcript, I would be so, so very grateful.

Look at page 8, there is a separate section for courses in progress. It just lists the course title and how many credits it is worth. This is the case on almost all transcripts.

Thanks for replying guineagirl96. All I have to go on are my old completed transcripts that look like his. I didn’t see that page, but it would just look like that if it was ongoing? There wouldn’t be any of the attempted/passed/earned stuff?

Yes, unless your school does something differently, it would look like that. That’s the way mine looks for my university. The attempted/passed/earned only is for completed semesters.
