My older brother suffers from minimal brain damage and his T.A.B.E. scores indicate he has the equivalent of a 6th grade education. Due to the comprehensive and specific nature of psychotherapy my brother needs a psychologist who can assist him with preparing for the G.E.D. test – especially for improving his T.A.B.E. scores. Instructors in preG.E.D./adult studies have been unable to affect a change in my brothers T.A.B.E. scores. My brother is, as mentioned, brain damaged, and a psychologist is capable of assisting him with study habits and assessing intellectual limits and adaptive behaviors; such as using multimedia in place of reading plain text in a work book.
Thanks for your Concern,
