I’m in the midst of the college search process and am in need of help finding schools compatible with me academically and individually, and would highly appreciate any of your suggestions. I recently visited and fell in love with the College of William & Mary… it’s the epitome of most everything I could hope for in a university with its small/medium size, strong liberal arts focus, lovely campus, and serene suburban location. It’s also has a great study abroad program (something I’m extremely intent on doing!) and is very historic, which is another factor incredibly important to me as I hope to study History/International Relations. What other schools are comparable in these aspects? Overall, I most value strong academics, a sense of individualism/tradition/“quikiness,” and a beautiful setting. If it helps, I’m a white female from Arizona and am an IB student with a 4.0 unweighted/4.7 weighted GPA with decent extracurriculars and an SAT score of 2030 (750 Reading, 730 Writing, 550 Math… plan to retake again this fall). I’d love to hear any realistic reccomendations for schools that would be a good fit. Thanks!
