Can you still send SAT or ACT test scores after having graduated high school?

I know somebody who decided at the last minute to attend community college (LACC) instead of a university so he didn't send in his scores during his senior year. However, the college apparently needs the scores or else he has to take a placement test. Can he still send them even though he's already graduated? Thank you!

The College Board and the American College Testing Program keep scores on file for 3 years. If the student took the SAT or ACT within the past 3 years, they should have the agency send the scores to the community college, even though the student has graduated from high school.

A lot of people send SAT or ACT scores after high school when applying to transfer colleges.
