I have a low GPA due to freshman and sophomore years ( 3.5) so you can throw out all schools that are impossible to get into.

Virtually any university or LAC would have a political science department. Whether it’s good or not, for you, depends on many factors. What are your test scores? Class rank? Do you want a big or small school? Urban, suburban or rural? Do you need (and if so, do you qualify for) financial aid? Etc.

There’s a USNWR ranking of graduate schools for political science. If the graduate program is good, chances are the undergraduate program is decent too (although the school won’t necessarily be a good fit for you.) See if any schools on this list meet your other needs.
