Can you take the new GRE in consecutive months?

August 16 and Sep 30 to be exact. Everywhere I google points to only once per calendar month, but the GRE site says only once every 60 days, meaning no in my case. I'm leaning toward the latter. Of course this means only once at the discounted price, bummer.

Once per calendar month and 5 times in 12 mos. You are fine.

But with the revised GRE you will NOT get official scores until Nov/Dec. They will not release scores until they have a new curve figured out. You will see an estimate of your scores at the end of the testing session based on the old scoring system, but there will be no official scores sent to you or your schools under the new system and no percentiles until Nov/Dec. So you will not know how you scored for both/either until months go by.

Nope, the new GRE is once every 60 days, NOT once every calendar month.

My error. You are correct. The new policy is once every 60 days, and no more than 5 times in 12 consecutive months.
