<p>We have several PLUS loans for our two children with one lender, Wachovia Education Finance (formerly Educaid), and the payment coupon is a combined one of 4 loans. However, the payment, which I send electronically, tends to be mishandled on their end frequently, as the money is divided among the 4 accounts unequally, which results in delinquency letters, phone calls to correct the error, etc.</p>
<p>I am wondering if I can somehow “transfer” to another lender or change the loans to a more customer friendly lender. Needless to say, I don’t want to have the rates change unless they go down!</p>
