<p>When a site like eBay or Paypal asks for a credit card number, can you use a debit card number instead? I don’t have a credit card, only a check card from Visa.</p>
<p>I would suggest using a reloadable visa gift card instead of a credit card or debit card. To answer your question…I believe as long as it is a visa card it can be used wherever visa is accepted.</p>
<p>I’ve used my VIsa Debit to make purchases from other websites so I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t work with Paypal.</p>
