<p>As an international applicant that puts you at both an advantage and disadvantage. Because you are "foreign" they will scrutinize your application but at the same time they will scrutinize your application. You see what I mean, it could be both bad and good. P and Y are heavy on the EC's what you do needs to stand out in essay or supplamental format. Good luck!</p>
