Harvard has an unpredictable admission process, and you’re still rather young so it’s hard to say for sure. You’re involved in a lot of clubs which is great, but as you get into your next few years of school maybe focus more on the clubs you really enjoy and try to go for quality more instead of quantity. I’d also say your freshman year grades are weak in comparison to your Grade 10 academic record. So keep up the hard work. The next steps that matter are your standardized test scores and essays, but you have some time yet. Good luck!

Thanks, what SAT test do you gave to take get in Harvard? And, what is the best score possiblefor the SATS?

You should either take the SAT by Collegeboard or the ACT by the ACT Company. The highest score on the SAT is a 2400 and the highest on the ACT is a 36.

Ideally you want a 2250+ for schools like Harvard to have reasonable chances.

Holy crap! Why are you involved in so much and how do you have time to do it all? D:

The common app doesn’t even give you space to fill in that many ECs, and having a super long attachment detailing these list of activities isn’t ideal either.

It’s great that you’re involved, but it’s not about breadth; it’s about depth. Can you say that you’ll be the captain/president of all those teams and groups by Grade 12?

Universities are more impressed by how much time you put into one activity (showing passion) rather than the number of activities you have. If you take a look at the common app, there’s emphasis on number of hours per week and number of weeks per year devoted to each activity. You want THOSE numbers to be high… not the number of activities
