It sounds like you’ve done some good work in terms of employment, leadership etc. that shows you are a committed student.

Honestly however, your ability to get in depends on the *Ivy:

if you’re referencing HYP, those would be a reach for you considering your SAT is not in the 1550+ section, and your average is not in the 95+ area either. Average in top six courses is more of a Canadian university thing. What AP classes are you taking?

For Upenn, Columbia: still somewhat a reach cause of your lower SAT & average marks. In addition, while you seem to be committed to clubs and sports, you don’t seem to have participated in any competitions besides skiing - while clubs are important, achievements in the form of awards and competitive events are important to admissions to see your drive, ranking amongst others, ability to withstand pressure, etc. and end up on top. Still, your volunteering shows empathy and dedication to public service, which a lot of overachievers lack in investing time to help others haha.

For Cornell, Brown and Dartmouth: these are more achievable but again working on SAT and average marks would help boost your chance.

hope this helps.

That is very helpful, appreciated
