canadian student

Hello all,
I’m an incoming 9th grade student in California and we plan on moving to New Brunswick, Canada this school year. I plan to apply for schools such as Phillips Andover, Exeter, and Hotchkiss as an incoming 10th grade next year. Would being in Canada change my chances in getting in those schools? Also, how is it like applying for 10th grade? Is it harder to get in in 10th grade than in 9th grade?
I’m wondering what my chances would be, given these conditions.

My grades are mostly A’s, but I’ve had one B+ every semester.
I was in Honors Geometry math, and i’ve participated in the mathcounts team, getting quite a few awards for the school. I’ve also participated in mathleague teams, getting awards for myself and our school in regional-state level competitions. I also scored pretty high on the AMC tests also. I received 23 on amc 8, 114 on AMC 10 (AIME cut off 118 that year), and 93 on AMC 12 (cut off 97.5 that year).
I play clarinet in concert band and trumpet in jazz band.
I’ve participated in many honor bands in our region, and achieved high chairs with clarinet.
I was the principal clarinet in Alameda County honor band, and 4th chair in CBDA honor band, an all-state junior high honor band in 7th grade.
In 8th grade, I was second chair clarinet in all-northern honor band, and the principal clarinet in CBDA. I’ve also received many scholarships from those band activities.

I established a group called Livermore-Pleasanton Youth Orchestra with one other friend.
The orchestra meets every week to practice, and performs almost once a month in veteran hospitals and senior centers to bring them orchestra music they could not hear normally.
The group started with 10 people and after a year, the number increased to around 40.
I currently hold the Vice-President in the non-profit group.

What would my chances be if I applied next year?
Also, I’ve never taken SSAT. Is it too late to start now?
Or do I need to take SAT to apply for 10th grade?
